AUTHORS, AFFILIATIONS AND ADDRESSES

Authors should be listed by full first name, middle initial and full last name. To indicate the affiliations of different authors to different departments or institutions, use numbers in superscripts after each author’s name and before the corresponding department or institution. One of the authors should be designated as the corresponding author.  Indicate the full name of the author to whom correspondence should be sent as well as his/her e-mail and telephone number.

Whenever applicable, submissions must include the following elements: title, authors, affiliations, contacts, abstract, index terms, introduction, main text, conclusions, appendixes, acknowledgement, references, and biographies.
